What this covers

How 3DK LLC collects, uses and protects information when you request domestic trucking services, apply to our owner operator network, track a load or contact dispatch.

SMS and mobile communication

SMS consent is collected when you check the box on our contact form and provide a phone number. It is used only for conversations, scheduling updates, load updates, and account notifications related to your transportation needs. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt in data and consent are never shared with any third party. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance.

Information we collect

Contact and business details, motor carrier and driver qualification information such as DOT and MC numbers, equipment, insurance and license data, shipment details including pickup and delivery locations, commodity, weight and miles, load references, technical data such as IP address and browser type, and the messages you send us.

How we use it

To answer enquiries, qualify carriers, plan loads, dispatch drivers and arrange ground transportation across the lower 48. To run billing, compliance, support and status updates. To improve safety and operations, and to meet legal obligations.

Sharing

We share information with motor carriers, insurers, factoring partners, maintenance vendors, hosting providers and professional advisers only as needed to move freight or run the business, and when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

Information is kept as long as needed for services, transportation recordkeeping, tax and legal requirements, and dispute resolution. We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards, while noting that no internet transmission is completely secure.

Your choices

You may unsubscribe from marketing email, adjust browser cookie settings, or contact us to access, correct or delete information subject to law and legitimate business needs.
